Enterprises are able to integrate with the FMC platform to look after all their messaging and communication needs. Enterprises can manage multiple address / phone books based on their customer segmentation preferences using the FMC platform RESTful API or the Web Portal. Address books and message templates are tied together by message schedules to deliver scheduled communication campaigns coupled with best-in-class communication audit trails.

Communications Service Providers are able to deploy FMC in their VAS environment as a partner management platform for partners relying on Mobile Terminating (SMS-MT) and Mobile Origninating (SMS-MO) SMSs to extend Value Added Service offerings. The platform integrates with your Short Message Service Centres (SMSCs) to deliver SMS messages to customers and to receive SMSs from mobile phones or GSM data enabled devices, e.g. telemetry devices.
