Software Engineer – All Levels (Several Openings)

Work Environment

  • Customer Support Function
    • First Line Support
    • Second Line Support
    • Engagement with third line (engineering) support to resolve defects
  • Contributor to Quality Assurance
  • Globetom and Partner product installation and commissioning
  • Perform patch deployments and system upgrades


  • A relevant tertiary qualification: BSc Computer Science or BIT or BEng (Computer Engineering) or equivalent or satisfactory work experience in similar environments will be considered


  • We will consider recent graduates or people with similar experience and a good track record
  • Proficiency with Linux is essential
  • Experience with Telecommunications industry application support will be highly beneficial


  • A passion for customer support and quality of service
  • A passion for continuous process improvement
  • Diligent problem solver that finds root causes for problems as opposed to temporary fixes
